This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate - Electronics at Aumirah in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Patent Drafting.
- Patent Portfolio Management.
- Technology Expertise.
- Documentation and Reporting.
- Collaboration and Communication.
Eligibility
- Certification of Patent Agent is required.
- B.tech in Electronics or Computer Science.
- Required 2-4 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution, with expertise in AI, ML, blockchain, general electronics, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of patent law principles, patent drafting techniques, and patent prosecution processes.
- Proficiency in conducting prior art searches and analysis.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise patent applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
