Aura & Company is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients, with a focus on cases handled at the Supreme Court of India.
• Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents, including petitions, briefs, and appeals.
• Lead and mentor junior associates and legal staff, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and development initiatives to drive growth and enhance our legal services.
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism in all aspects of the work.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in practicing law, with a strong preference for candidates who are Advocates on Record of the Supreme Court of India.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters at the Supreme Court level, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high legal and ethical standards.
• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative spirit.
