Aura & Co. is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling legal cases across various courts, providing legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research. The role also includes representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other team members to develop legal strategies. The Senior Associate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in legal research, draft preparation, and legal documentation.
• Strong skills in litigation and court representation.
• Proficient in client counseling, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Expertise in various areas of law such as constitutional, civil, criminal, corporate, and intellectual property laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
• Registration with the Bar Council of India.
