Details of the Job/Internship

Aurtus Consulting LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Manager with 0 to 3 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising and assisting clients on Indirect tax matters (predominantly GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy).
• Assisting in litigation matters at various levels.
• Representing before the department for various indirect tax matters.
• Performing due diligence and health check.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
• Excellent client relationship management and project management abilities
• Good knowledge of economic, legal, and financial concepts and principles
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a Chartered Accountant or a Law Graduate
• 0 to 3 years of experience working in the field of Indirect Taxes.

Salary/Stipend
