Details of the Job/Internship

Be Legal is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 4–7 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Manage litigation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, or court proceedings.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical guidelines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited university.
• 4–7 years of experience in complex legal matters.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle criminal or white-collar litigation preferred.
• Proven client relationship management.
• Commitment to professional excellence and teamwork.

Salary/Stipend
