Details of the Job/Internship
Boolean Legal is hiring an Associate with experience of 4–5+ years to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves working on complex venture capital and M&A transactions for technology companies, managing deal timelines, collaborating with partners, mentoring junior associates, and maintaining direct relationships with entrepreneurs and investors.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage venture capital and M&A transactions.
- Handle complex negotiations and assist in closing deals.
- Guide and mentor junior associates while ensuring attention to detail in legal work.
- Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Manage transaction timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain direct relationships with entrepreneurs and investors.
- Collaborate with partners to shape the strategic direction of transactions.
Eligibility
Candidates must have 4–5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), particularly in venture capital, M&A, or general corporate law for technology companies.
