Details of the Job/Internship
Boudhik IP LLP is hiring a Senior Associate (Legal) with 3–4 years of experience in labour & employment law, commercial agreements, and legal advisory services to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advise clients on labour legislations, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Deliver legal consultations and advisory notes with clarity and precision.
- Manage client matters independently with a problem-solving mindset.
- Attend legal conferences, business forums, and networking events to build visibility.
- Engage across diverse legal sectors and adapt to emerging legal developments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory); specialization in Labour Law or Corporate Law preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in legal advisory and employment law.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client work independently.
- Strong interest in sectoral diversity and evolving legal issues.
