BTG Advaya is hiring for the position of Senior Associate to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for corporate transactions, commercial contracting, public procurement, regulatory compliance, and more. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal counsel, conducting research, drafting agreements, and managing client relationships.
Eligibility
- Legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Experience in corporate transactions, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to provide legal counsel and manage client relationships.
- Knowledge of labour & employment laws and dispute management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
