Details of the Job/Internship
BTG Advaya is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with experience of 3-6 years to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparation of all kinds of contracts especially for energy, projects, and infrastructure including wind, solar, and C&I projects.
- Drafting and preparation of letters, notices, and correspondences with relevant stakeholders.
- Having up-to-date knowledge of the sectors.
- Research and follow up on legal points and precedents.
- Preparing legal opinions, advice, and synopsis on issues.
- Document management.
Eligibility
Law Degree (LLB/LLM) from a reputed University.
