Details of the Job/Internship

Burgeon Law is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.

• Practice Area: M&A and VC transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structuring transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets.
• Drafting and negotiating Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Co-Founders' Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, and Advisory stocks, amongst others.
• Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups.
• Closing formalities for transactions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Significant experience in handling M&A and VC transactions.
• Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
