Details of the Job/Internship
Capital One is hiring a Senior Associate, Legal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver oversight across the complete third-party management lifecycle, including onboarding, monitoring, and termination.
- Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to represent third-party risk management interests.
- Serve as the primary contact for all third-party risk matters within the company.
- Lead transformational projects related to third-party management.
- Promote continuous improvement through strong relationships, quality assurance, and effective controls.
- Work with second-line teams to understand regulatory updates and assess emerging risks.
- Manage third-party management metrics, reporting, and communication.
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, and enterprise risk activities.
- Assist in implementing the organisation’s third-party risk management framework.
- Handle vendor onboarding, offboarding, payments, invoices, and purchase orders.
Eligibility
- Qualified LL.B and Company Secretary (ICSI member).
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the legal field.
