Clarence & Partners is hiring for the position of Senior Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role involves supporting complex financial and corporate transactions, conducting due diligence, managing compliance requirements, and advising clients on regulatory matters.
- The position is based in Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work, and the candidate must be available to work US hours.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, contract drafting, and compliance management
- Experience in deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and transactional work
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage client deliverables
- Knowledge of international law and cross-border transactions
- Qualified to practice law in India, the UK, or any US state
