Details of the Job/Internship

D N Ahya & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling various aspects of Trademarks, Copyright, Design, and Enforcement Strategies.
• This role requires a deep understanding of IP laws, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision.

Eligibility

Legal Expertise:

• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, particularly in Intellectual Property Law, and the ability to provide expert legal counseling services.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities and a proven capacity for devising effective solutions to complex legal issues.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment, fostering collaboration and contributing to collective success.

Attention to Detail and Time Management:

• Exceptional attention to detail and advanced time management skills, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Experience:

• Substantial experience in handling Intellectual Property matters of trademarks, copyrights and design.

Educational Qualification:

• A Master's degree in Law or a related field is highly desirable.

Professional Membership:

• Membership in a recognized Bar Association or an equivalent legal body, with relevant certifications is considered an added advantage.
