Details of the Job/Internship

D&Y Law Chambers is hiring a Senior Associate (Litigation) with 5 years of PQE to join their office in Noida. The role involves handling litigation matters, supervising junior team members, and contributing to legal strategy across various courts and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters across SC, DHC, NGT, NCLAT, NCLT, CAT, NCDRC, RERA, District Courts of Delhi & Noida, and arbitration forums.
• Draft and file legal documents.
• Work collaboratively within the team.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Eligibility

• 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Demonstrable interest in litigation.
• Experience in drafting and filing legal documents.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team.
• Capability to supervise junior team members.

Salary/Stipend
