Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Banking and Finance with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling banking and finance transactions and advisory matters.
• Drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
• Managing security creation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Interacting with clients and providing high-quality legal advice.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking and finance transactions and advisory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in loan documentation, security creation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
