Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate - Banking with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• 4+ years of experience in banking and finance transactions and advisory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in loan documentation, security creation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
