Details of the Job/Internship

Dhruva Advisors LLP is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle complex taxation issues and developments such as BEPS, GAAR, indirect transfers, AMP-related adjustments, etc. 
• Drafting Appeals, briefing Counsels, and attending hearings up to the Supreme Court of India. Planning & Coordinating with clients to obtain necessary documents. 
• Undertaking comprehensive reviews of business operations to identify tax planning opportunities as well as gaps. 
• Researching & scrutinizing all aspects of the assignment with the team to ideate and provide optimal solutions while involving juniors in data research for working on the base report of the assignment.
• Planning and strategizing approaches for litigation and exploring unique ways to resolve clients' tax disputes. Innovating and enhancing processes to achieve commercial targets effectively.
• Supporting Principals & Partners by drafting memos/ opinions and reports and presenting the final report to the client for closure. 
• Researching & scrutinizing all aspects of the assignment with the team to ideate and provide optimal solutions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
