Details of the Job/Internship
Dhwaj & Associates Law Firm is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join their Noida office.
Joining: Immediate or within a short period
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks and providing innovative, cost-effective, and practical legal advice to their clients. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Deliver the highest quality of legal counsel and support to their valued clients;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts which inter alia include, transaction agreements/ documents, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements;
- Drafting reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for Real Estate, Fintech, Telecom, and IT sectors; and
- Sound knowledge of Due Diligence processes.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in corporate law profile (preferably law firm);
- Strong knowledge of Indian law and legal processes;
- Experience in conducting legal research and writing legal documents;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to mentor and guide junior associates;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; and
- LLB/LLM degree holder from a well-ranked law school.
