Details of the Job/Internship

DSA Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 8–15 years of experience to join its Litigation Team at the New Delhi Head Office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, contracts, and agreements in civil and corporate matters and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Identify opportunities to expand mandates from existing and new clients.
• Provide clear, commercially aligned legal advice in disputes and contractual matters.
• Support firm expansion by developing templates, offering risk insights, and providing subject-matter guidance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 8–15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting, litigation, and client advisory capabilities.
