Details of the Job/Internship

DSK Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their General Corporate (Advisory & Transactional) practice at the Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end transactional and advisory work for M&A, PE, and VC.
• Conducting due diligence exercises.
• Managing investment and acquisition transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Law firm experience is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
