Details of the Job/Internship

DSK Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 3- years to join their office in Mumbai.

• Practice Area: Banking & Project Finance.

Eligibility

• Experience in doing diligences, drafts of transactiondocuments for banking & finance.
• Exposure to project development, bid advisory andprocurement, due diligences, project contracts - EPC,OM, Concession Agreement etc.
• Core financing experience including on transactionsinvolving term loans, project financing, term loanfacilities.
• Projects and M&A documentation and negotiationsupport.

Salary/Stipend
