Details of the Job/Internship

DSK Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Experience in doing diligences, and drafts of transaction documents for Corporate & Commercial.
• Experience in running end-to-end M&A/PE transactions/deals including working on complex transactional documents etc.
• Complex structuring Specializing in strategic M&A/PE/Gen. Corporate transactional/advisory work.

Salary/Stipend
