Details of the Job/Internship
DWF is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal Research with experience of 2–6 years to join their office in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on regulatory themes, sector developments, and risk areas.
- Interpret statutes, regulatory guidance, consultation papers, and enforcement reports.
- Monitor and analyse global regulatory and policy developments.
- Prepare clear and concise legal updates and insight reports.
- Validate AI-generated summaries to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and client teams to enhance research workflows.
- Partner with client-facing teams to understand sector requirements.
- Support onboarding, demonstrations, proposals, and solution refinement.
Eligibility
- 2–6 years of experience in legal research, regulatory intelligence, compliance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of global legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent legislative interpretation and structured analytical skills.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in horizon scanning or regulatory monitoring is desirable.
- Exposure to AI/ML research tools or legal technology platforms.
- Experience working with international teams and global clients.
- Knowledge of ESG, data protection, financial services, consumer law, or similar regulatory
