Edictum Law & Co. is looking for candidate for the position of Senior Associate with experience of 4 to 5 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload, including complex litigation, corporate transactions, and advisory work.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research, draft, and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memoranda.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and support staff.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance firm growth and client service.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal implications of business decisions.
