Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate is hiring a Senior Associate – IPMS with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Track and manage all critical dates and deadlines for patent and trademark filings, including prosecution and renewals.
• Monitor and update specialized docketing systems to ensure all IP records are accurate and current.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital documentation related to patent and trademark cases.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates to ensure deadlines are met and documents are provided.
• Perform high-accuracy data entry for patent applications, office actions, and statutory deadlines.
• Prepare status reports and deadline summaries for internal stakeholders and legal teams.
• Adhere to strict quality protocols for documentation and accessibility of legal files.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) domain.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook management.
• Strong knowledge of patent and trademark filing procedures.
• Preferred: Familiarity with docketing software such as Anaqua, FoundationIP, AppColl, or CPI.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
