Details of the Job/Internship

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist and appear in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts of Delhi.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, and prepare briefs, case notes, and comprehensive reports.
• Draft SLPs, Transfer Petitions, Writ Petitions, Suits, Counters, and other legal documents.
• Supervise and manage the filing of cases before the Supreme Court, High Court, and District Courts.

Eligibility

• Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council.
• 5-6 years of relevant legal experience.

Salary/Stipend
