Details of the Job/Internship
EOS Chambers of Law is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer with 8+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other tribunals.
- Draft, review, and finalize petitions, appeals, writs, counter affidavits, and legal opinions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on constitutional and commercial matters.
- Develop litigation strategies and coordinate with junior associates and external counsels.
- Attend hearings, client meetings, and conferences independently.
- Maintain case progress reports and manage documentation efficiently.
- Provide proactive legal advice and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred).
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Proven experience appearing before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle complex matters independently.
- Good client-handling and team management skills.
