Details of the Job/Internship

EY is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research underlying legal issues and present findings in the desired client format.
• Correctly interpret and summarize statutes and regulations across various areas of law.
• Apply detailed legal research methodologies and understanding of case law.
• Maintain high standards of legal writing, including specific formatting and punctuation.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) of all assigned client deliverables.
• Attend mandatory training and participate in voluntary professional development programs.
• Actively participate in team and department meetings, providing updates on assignment status.
• Escalate project-specific issues timely and cooperate with team members to achieve goals.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years of experience in legal research or compliance.
• Professional proficiency in English with in-depth knowledge of style, grammar, and punctuation.
• Ability to identify and interpret statutes and regulations applicable to specific legal issues.
• Working knowledge of legal databases and basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Adaptability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
