Details of the Job/Internship

Fidus Law Chambers is looking for candidate for the position of Senior Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include drafting trademark search reports, responses to examination reports, oppositions, cancellations, and legal notices, attending hearings before the Trademark Office, and providing practical and commercially savvy advice to clients.
• Knowledge and experience in handling international trademark filings/Madrid filings are desirable.
• Experience in copyright and design filing is a plus.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• 5-6 years post qualification experience (PQE) in an Intellectual Property firm.
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of Indian Trademark law and procedure (both prosecution and contentious) before the Trademark Office.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, and team player attitude are necessary.
• Should possess leadership qualities to manage a team

 

Salary/Stipend
