Details of the Job/Internship

Foresight Law Offices India is hiring a Senior Associate with 4+ years of experience in white collar crime practice to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trials in cases under PMLA, CBI, and other economic offences.
• Lead and manage investigations into corporate fraud, money laundering, and financial irregularities.
• Advise clients on compliance with financial, regulatory, and enforcement frameworks.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, strategy notes, and briefing papers.
• Liaise with investigative agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Handle high-stakes litigation independently and in coordination with senior counsel.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years PQE in white collar crime litigation and advisory.
• Prior experience with PMLA, CBI, SFIO, ED, or corporate fraud matters is essential.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and collaborate with senior counsel.
