Fox Mandal & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its Corporate Team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end corporate transactions: structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating term sheets and definitive agreements (SSA, SPA, SHA, Co-Founders’ Agreements, ESOPs, Escrow, Advisory).
- Conduct and lead due diligence exercises; prepare reports and executive summaries.
- Advise clients on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, NBFC regulations, and other corporate/commercial matters.
- Manage, mentor, and groom junior team members.
- Draft legal opinions, memos, and research papers on complex corporate law issues.
- Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and industry seminars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance, data protection, product, and regulatory issues.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 4 years PQE, preferably with a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Indian Contract Act, FEMA, SEBI, and NBFC regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle client-facing roles and lead teams.
