Details of the Job/Internship
Fox & Mandal is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join its Capital Markets & Securities Law team in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- Prior experience at a Tier-1 law firm is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, open offers, and other securities offerings is mandatory.
- Strong drafting, transaction execution, and client management skills.
- PQE: 3–4 years.
