As it expands into garment sourcing and global exports, Fynd is building a specialized legal team to support this high-growth vertical.
Details of the Job/Internship
Fynd is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 5–8 years of experience to lead legal setup and operations for its garment sourcing and export business from their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Establish the legal framework and SOPs for sourcing/export operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, buyers, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and global trade laws (FEMA, GST, EXIM, etc.).
- Align with central legal and business teams to ensure risk mitigation.
- Manage external legal counsel and resolve international legal issues.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed institution (LLM or specialization in international trade law preferred).
- 5–8 years of legal experience in garment/fashion export or sourcing.
- Proven ability to build legal processes from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and global trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary/Stipend
