It has strong practices in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, corporate advisory, and employment. GLA also advises clients across the US, UK, Europe, Singapore, and Australia on cross-border transactions and business mandates.
Details of the Job/Internship
GameChanger Law Advisors is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–6 years of experience in corporate or transaction advisory work to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle venture capital and M&A transactions.
- Provide corporate and commercial advisory support.
- Manage projects independently and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to the firm’s thought-leadership initiatives.
- Engage with clients across innovation-driven industries.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or transactional advisory work (preferably with a top-tier law firm or boutique practice).
- Strong understanding of VC/M&A, company law, contract law, and employment law.
- Demonstrated interest in at least two key industries serviced by GLA.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of assignments.
