Details of the Job/Internship
Glance is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal Counsel with 4–5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal and commercial agreements.
- Advise HR and business units on labour and employment laws globally.
- Guide business teams on marketing, advertising, social media, and content laws.
- Conduct legal research on IT, copyright, publicity rights, and trademark laws.
- Develop and streamline contract processes and templates.
- Liaise with consultants and external counsels.
- Handle disputes, draft and respond to legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Monitor changes in employment laws across jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 4–5 years PQE in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
- Strong knowledge of employment and related laws.
- Experience with consumer-facing tech/media platforms preferred.
- Prior in-house experience with global/large technology companies desirable.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
