Details of the Job/Internship
GLG is hiring a Senior Associate, Legal with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join its legal department in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional contracts.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research across jurisdictions and present clear summaries to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and non-legal teams to ensure timely execution of legal and compliance tasks.
- Support internal business teams including Business Development, Client Solutions, and Compliance.
- Develop and update standard legal templates, checklists, and internal guidelines.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s business.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or higher degree from a top law university with strong academic credentials.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in a multinational company.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with legal technology tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, international, and cross-cultural environments.
