Details of the Job/Internship
GLG is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review domestic and cross-border contracts.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and present clear summaries.
- Collaborate with legal and non-legal teams to complete compliance and legal tasks.
- Support Business Development, Client Solutions, and Compliance teams.
- Assist in updating legal templates, checklists, and internal guidelines.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or higher degree from a reputed law university with strong academics.
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal tech or AI-driven tools (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in diverse cultural and international environments.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
