Details of the Job/Internship
Goswami & Nigam LLP is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate / Transactional with 6–7 years of experience to join its office in Noida. This is a mid-to-senior level, office-based role supporting one of the firm’s key clients. The role involves handling end-to-end corporate and commercial transactions in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Prior experience within an IT or ITES setup is preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end corporate and commercial transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Advising on corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and transactional structuring.
- Independently managing transactions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- 6–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in handling end-to-end corporate and commercial transactions.
- Prior experience in an IT or ITES company preferred.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills in relation to commercial contracts.
- Sound understanding of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and transactional structuring.
- Ability to independently manage transactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
