Details of the Job/Internship

Goyel & Goyal is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate & Transactions with a minimum of 4+ years of experience to join their New Delhi or Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Structure and negotiate deals and transactions.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
• Work on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
• Liaise with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and manage complex transaction processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institution (LLM preferred).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
• Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, venture capital, and private equity.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Salary/Stipend
