Details of the Job/Internship
Hirani & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Media & Entertainment Law with 3–5 years of experience to join its Bandra (West), Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate media and entertainment agreements.
- Handle co-production, development, commissioning, and production agreements.
- Advise on investment agreements and commercial media-facing arrangements.
- Draft and negotiate talent and artist contracts, brand collaborations, and endorsements.
- Manage music and content licensing agreements.
- Support OTT platform transactions, film-related deals, and other content-driven transactions.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Media and Entertainment law.
- Transactional, non-litigation experience in media and entertainment matters.
- Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in music-related laws and handling music-based clients is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry.
- Self-starter with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
