Details of the Job/Internship
Indecomm is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal & Statutory Compliance with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws including PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, POSH, etc.
- Handle registrations, renewals, statutory filings, inspections, and audits.
- Monitor legal updates and communicate internally.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure employee policies comply with regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts.
- Advise internal teams on labour, IP, data protection, and compliance risks.
- Maintain and improve legal document templates and processes.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed Indian university.
- LLM in Labour Law or Technology Law preferred.
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proficiency in labour law compliance and contract management.
- Strong communication, research, and drafting skills.
