Details of the Job/Internship
INDIA JURIS is hiring a Senior Associate with 2+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory and transactional law to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate, business, and intellectual property matters.
- Conduct due diligence and assist in investment transactions.
- Handle compliance processes and advisory related to fund structuring.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal opinions.
- Support litigation and arbitration proceedings as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or higher from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal advisory and transactional law.
- Proficiency in Corporate Law, Business Law, Intellectual Property, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
- Bar council membership with strong ethical standards.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
