Details of the Job/Internship

Innovis Law Partners LLP is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Bhopal. The role includes managing litigation, advising on legal agreements, conducting legal research, preparing case materials, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Advise on legal agreements and compliance requirements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case materials.
• Draft contracts, corporate agreements, and compliance documents.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Work with internal legal teams and mentor junior associates.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, arbitration and dispute resolution, and intellectual property law.
• Proficiency in drafting contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Experience in legal advisory, research, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage tasks under strict deadlines with attention to detail.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Prior experience in corporate or compliance roles is an advantage.
