Insight Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Green Park Extension, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in arbitration and commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and arbitration-related documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Appear in hearings, manage case progress, and ensure timely filings.
• Liaise with clients and provide comprehensive legal advice.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in arbitration, civil, and commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters.
