Details of the Job/Internship

J-Law Offices is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 7-10 years of experience in Litigation to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle wide range of litigation representing corporate clients before most High Courts, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, CLAT and NGT.
• The candidate would get excellent exposure to a broad range of corporate litigation including in relation to pharma industry, FMCG, indirect taxation, food industry, service industry, real estate, etc.

Eligibility

• A candidate having 7-10 years of work experience with exposure to extensive research, independent drafting, briefing/ assisting Sr. Advocates in Court and independently arguing before Courts in corporate litigation.
• If you have reported judgments in which you had assisted the Court, please give the citations in your resume and give a brief of leading litigation in which you were involved.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
