Details of the Job/Internship

JKB Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Litigation Team at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Litigating real estate, banking, and commercial disputes including property, SARFAESI, IBC, banking, and commercial laws.
• Drafting and reviewing notices, applications, petitions, suits, appeals, replies, written statements, etc.
• Opportunity to appear independently before the High Court, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, City Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts, Arbitrations, and various courts, foras, and tribunals.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Ability to independently handle cases.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong legal research and legal writing skills.
• Hardworking, smart-working, and reliable.
• Good communication skills.
• Immediate joining required.
• Remuneration as per industry standards after a six-month paid probation as per BCI remuneration guidelines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
