Details of the Job/Internship

JKB LEGAL is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with the experience of 5 years to join them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Litigating Real Estate, Banking and Commercial disputes (Property, SARFAESI, IBC, Banking and Commercial laws)
• Drafting and review of notices, application / petition, appeal etc. to be filed with the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) / National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) / DRT / DRAT, High Court, City Civil Courts;
• Preparation of reply to legal notices and drafting of reply and rejoinder to be filed with the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) / DRT / DRAT / High Court and City Civil Court;
• Appearance before the HIGH COURT / NCLT / DRT / DRAT, CITY CIVIL COURTS, CO-OPERATIVE COURTS, REGISTRAR OF CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES, CONSUMER COURTS, MAGISTRATE COURTS, ARBITRATIONS, CONSUMER COMMISSIONS and various FORAS & TRIBUNALS.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from reputed university.
• 5 years of PQE.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
