Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring a Senior Associate with 6–7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle General Corporate and transactional legal work independently.
- Lead and manage investment and restructuring transactions from inception to closing.
- Perform high-level legal drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice directly to stakeholders.
- Ensure prompt and proactive delivery of legal services with a strong sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the firm's standards of professionalism and excellence.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 6–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience working specifically with Tier 1 law firms.
- Proven expertise in independently handling investment and restructuring transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated maturity, confidence, and professionalism.
