Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring a Senior Associate with expertise in real estate law to handle property due diligence and drafting of transactional documents. Proficiency in Kannada is required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence of properties, including title verification and legal compliance checks.
• Draft and review transactional documents related to real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding property matters.
• Provide legal advisory on real estate transactions and compliance issues.

Eligibility

• Strong background in real estate law and transactional experience.
• Proficiency in Kannada.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
