Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 4-7 years to join their Real Estate practice at their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Conduct case discussions, legal research, and draft legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation and court proceedings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm.
• Focused experience in Real Estate law, real estate documentation, corporate leasing, joint developments, and joint ventures.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Kannada is an added advantage.
